Delete your WorthStop account
You can permanently delete your WorthStop account from the app or request deletion without installing or reopening the app.
- Open Account.
- Expand Security and account controls.
- Confirm your identity and choose Delete account.
Request deletion by email
Email team@worthstop.app from the address associated with your WorthStop account and use the subject WorthStop account deletion request. Do not send your password. We may ask you to complete a secure identity-verification step. We will acknowledge the request and complete verified deletion within the period required by applicable law.
What deletion removes
- Your profile, sign-in account and account preferences.
- Saved vehicles, favorites and saved routes.
- Visit history and account-linked ratings, comments and price reports.
- Detailed product, coarse-area and diagnostic analytics linked to the account.
What may remain
Temporary backups, records required for security or legal compliance, and daily statistics that were already aggregated and can no longer identify you may remain until their documented retention period ends. Public station facts or consensus price information derived from multiple independent reports may remain without your account, report text or direct identifier.
Delete analytics without deleting the account
Open Account → Privacy choices and choose Delete detailed analytics. This deletes detailed analytics linked to the account and current browser and creates a new random browser identifier. You can also turn optional product or coarse-area analytics off there.
